At the old MGM studios once used for The Wizard of Oz, R&B singer Brandy modeled her see-though slippers from the remake of the Rodgers and Hammerstein musical that will premiere on this fall's Wonderful World of Disney series. She also had her first meeting with the guy who's footing the bill, Disney CEO Michael Eisner. Because Eisner was only available for 10 minutes or so to make the shoe fit, Lange was fast and furious with the shutter. His performance was witnessed by dozens of onlookers -- including the cast and crew of the musical, who had a temporary break from production for the EW photo shoot. The crowd also got a close-up of the set, which was designed to match a swatch from Brandy's dress and included a four-and-a-half-foot Austrian crystal chandelier. After buying the fixture (which is worth about $4000), set designer Garlock covered it with light-blue paint: "Everyone looks at me like I'm crazy when I tell them I did that."
