Managing Director, Chief Executive
Officer. Member of the Management Board and
Credit Committee. Chairman of the Operating
Committee. The GFSME is a credit guarantee
institution that assists small and medium scale entrepreneurs obtain loans from banks and
other lending institutions. It guarantees up
to a maximum of 85 % the loan amount against risk of default by the borrower. The youngest to have been appointed to this post,
led the GFSME to its peak to-date 1995 record of P1.08
B in loan origination. Total origination under his leadership represents 70 % of a
fourteen year accomplishment. Guided GFSME in
achieving consistent viability, remitting to the national government over 100 % of its
original equity. GFSME's prime advocate for
autonomy. Prudent steward of government funds.

projects are the Transactional Lending Center (PO Financing), Young Professional
